Celebrate Peace and Bid on Spanish Lessons at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Party

Missoula Spanish is honored to be part of the Jeannette Rankin Peace Party — Missoula’s annual celebration of peace, justice, and community action. As part of the evening’s silent auction, you’ll have the chance to bid on individual Spanish language lessons with Missoula Spanish — a gift of learning that also supports a powerful mission.

About the Peace Party

Hosted by the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center, the Peace Party is more than just a fundraiser — it’s a gathering of hearts and minds committed to building a better world. The event celebrates the legacy of Jeannette Rankin, the first woman elected to the U.S. Congress and a bold voice for nonviolence, women’s rights, and social justice.

This is the Center’s largest annual fundraiser, supporting its work in:

  • Environmental sustainability

  • Human rights and social justice

  • Peacebuilding and community engagement

It's a space where community members, changemakers, and supporters come together for an evening of music, celebration, local art, and shared purpose.

Bid with Purpose

When you bid on Spanish language lessons at the silent auction, you’re not just investing in a new skill — you’re aligning with the values of:

  • Cultural understanding

  • Global communication

  • Lifelong learning in service of peace

Language opens doors, builds bridges, and deepens empathy — values that reflect the mission of the Peace Center.
